In this zine making kit box, you’ll get your hands on a starter kit to start your own lil zine. This is a fun day project, for kids, classes or to incorporate into a unit on zines, the history of zines, alternative media, forms of communication, creating primary sources (your students!) and more.
The contents are more what you would say oriented towards crafty, personal or art zines because of the content of the background paper and ephemera, vintage paper from old discarded books I will be sending. But zines are what you make of them and the content and results are entirely up to the maker. I probably don’t have anything that is not kid-friendly but if you want something that is strictly kids friendly, send me a note when ordering and I’ll make sure to check when assembling the box for you.
Every zine kit will be different. If you want to order multiples for a party or class, let me know in a message and I will try to make the contents similar. Otherwise, contents vary widely.

Every kit is i nside a box that has been repurposed and the box is jam packed with bits of paper from the various collections that I’ve collected.
